QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice with clinics across the US. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries and chronic joint pain, without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain meds.

QC Kinetix is excited to announce an opening in our Fresno, CA Office for a Marketing and Patient Sales Consultant. Competitive base pay with a performance based commission structure will be offered commensurate with experience. Position will be a combination of work from home and office. Our average per patient treatment price is $8,000 and often patients require multiple joints. We aim to see 5-15 new patient consults per clinic day (open 1 day a week).

The Marketing and Patient Sales Consultant will address all inbound leads that are prequalified by our call center. In addition to these, the Marketing and Patient Sales Consultant will address a list of warm leads and need to convert them into appointments. They will be responsible for selling the treatment plan recommended by the medical team. They will also be responsible for following up with patients throughout the treatment process as well as post treatment. During non-clinic days, this individual will be responsible for implementing marketing efforts. These may include attending health fairs, other regional marketing events, developing partnerships and referral relationships with healthcare professionals with the goal of educating the community about QC Kinetix services. The goal will be to help drive new patient leads to the clinic. Thus, the ideal candidate must be:

- Highly energetic and passionate about healthcare

- Is open to new experiences and ideas of alternative treatment options

- Extremely motivated and competitive as this is a performance-based position

- Based on training provided, be capable of understanding the physiology of each treatment and be able to explain the features and benefits of the treatment plan

- Have the ability to overcome objections and challenges from patients.

- Maintain a close ratio of 50% and above

- Strong communication skills

- Strong Social skills

Responsibilities of the Marketing and Patient Sales Consultant include:

- Consulting with patients seeking pain relief through an alternative form outside surgery

- Focus on patient service in person and on the phone prior to, during, and after each treatment

- Reviews notes from the medical provider in order to speak with the patient concerning treatments

- Understands the physiology for each treatment offered and able to explain each treatment in detail as prescribed by the medical provider

- Overcome objections regarding finances, timing, or treatment

- Review approved payment options with new patients and write up payment plans for new patients to sign, expressing understanding of cost and terms of payment for said treatment plan

- Manage CRM process and system, including assistance with payment plan options

- Achieve year of year sales growth

- Answers any questions the new patient may have regarding finances

- Explains recommended procedures, financial breakdown, financing options.

- Maintains a high close rate

- Perform outreach, marketing, and other business development strategies to help bring in a consistent flow of patients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- High School Diploma is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

- At least 2 years of Sales Experience, Medical Sales preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Some knowledge of clinical operations

- Some knowledge of Salesforce

- Some knowledge of third-party financing options

Experience in these areas is a PLUS but not required:

· Healthcare elective procedure experience in dealing with cash–pay (no insurance) medical practice is a plus

  • Related healthcare industry based environment
  • Experience in sales of elective medical procedures
  • Experience in Regenerative medicine/PRP injections, Pain management plus
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong sales background, overachievers who are experienced in overcoming challenges from prospective patients.

Compensation:

Our very competitive compensation structure is comprised of base salary plus bonuses/commissions which can exceed $100,000/year working part-time Commissions are calculated off the net sales of treatments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
